Lysterfield Tuesday Night Rides [IMPORTANT - READ ME FIRST!]

Note this is NOT an official LDTR Organised Ride and it is not an "instructional" ride. The below mentioned rides are just a group of like minded people out for a ride to enjoy the park. We're not charging any fees or do we cover any incidents with insurance or accept any liabilities.  We are not claiming to be qualified instructors or take responsibility for peoples abilities on this ride.  Mountain biking can be dangerous and you are undertaking these rides entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Think I will miss out for the next couple of weeks, need to look after the little nipper while he is in hospital, Will be thinking of you all, if I m lucky I might get to ride around the park at the hospital.... Rubber side downs boys.

Great ride tonight guys, thanks for waiting for me while I was attempting to absail those mountains with a bike in tow, while gasping for air.
Seriously enjoyed it thanks for the encouragement from Lard, Simon & Ben.

I think I will be sorry tomorrow.

No worries Rob, glad you enjoyed yourself.  There's no point sticking to the flat stuff when it's just fireroads. My theory is if your legs aren't sore the next day, you didn't push hard enough  ;D

Thanks Mahnessium, Today was the tough day, more chemo tomorrow and Wednesday, then stem cells Friday. It's a rollercoaster ride, no getting off now!!
