When is a member no longer a newbie?
« on: May 27, 2019, 09:01:16 PM »
Hi - I notice my info panel for postings shows I am a newbie, and yet I signed-up in 2012.  I can't find anywhere to change that description in my profile.  So what might it take to no longer be a newbie?

Thanks,

Peter

Hey Peter, I think it’s based on how many posts you’ve put up here on the forum. Something like 50 posts moved you up. Sorry, not my rules.

Unfortunately it seems other forms of social media have replaced our humble forum as the go to place for club info. Hoping we can reignite this forum.

Dont hold me to it but usually the automated member descriptions are based on post count.

The more you post the further up the description rank you go.

Travis.
