Trail Building / Trail Build/Maintenance Day – State MTB Descent - 3rd of March

DATE & TIME: Sunday 3rd of March 8:30am

REGISTRATION:

Online registration link will post soon. We highly encourage you to sign in online. However, you are more than welcome to turn up on the day and sign in there.

MEETING POINT:

Parks VIC Deport (Just above the Skill Park) 13 Reservoir Road, Narre Warren North.

WORKS:

We will be working on the State Mountain Bike Course descent to reshape the existing berms and improve the drainage.

BRING:

Water, food, shovel (If you prefer your own shovel), good shoes (preferably steel capped) and appropriate clothing for weather.

Please let us know if you are attending by replying on this forum thread, so we can organise tools and food etc.

If you have any question, please ask away.

BBQ and cold drinks will be provided for free to volunteers at the end of the build.

BYO food if you have a special food requirement

Builds usually run for 4-6 hours and if you want to leave early or arrive late on that day, please message me on this forum or contact us via our form at www.lysterfieldmtb.com.

Things to remember:

Online rego only - NO REGO AT THE EVENT

Course: A - Comm Games.
Start times: 6.30pm 
Rider briefing at 6.20pm. All riders must attend.
Gates open to parking: 5.30pm
Parents don't need to register if riding with their kids (kids need to be registered)
The race license is mandatory.
No refunds are given. In the event of the race being cancelled, your rego carries over to the next round.
You can collect your race plate from the race village from 5.30pm on Friday night.

FREE COFFEE AND SNAGS FOR VOLUNTEERS.

We need help with:
Set up - 4.30pm to 5.30pm
Race plate hand out - 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Sweep - 7.45pm
Pack up - 8.30pm to 8.45pm.

If you can help for all or part (and still race), your reward of free coffee and snags awaits you.

Hi Dave, yes at the usual map stand just inside the gates at Horswood Rd entry.
